Jazz Hats is a place to express creativity through the construction of a hat. Kids and those young at heart may decorate their Jazz and Blues hats with the materials provided. Materials will vary from preformed paper guitars to crayons. The materials will be safe for all participants, and each creator will be supervised to avoid any mishaps. Construction and decoration of the hats will take place on tables just outside of the structure.
